Greetings Hortonville Baseball families!

Thank you for your support of Hortonville baseball and congratulations to your athlete for being selected to play on one of our 13u/14u teams for the 2024 season.  There is a lot of information in this message, please read through it and contact a member of the Hortonville Baseball Booster Club if you have any questions.  (Registration info for 15u-18u summer baseball to be shared at a later date.. the info being shared today is ONLY for 13u/14u teams for the 2024 season.) 
 

Team annual fee:

AAA teams (annual cost $375)
- These teams have been selected based on results of tryouts, please ensure you’re registering for the team your athlete has been invited to

- 6-7 tournaments per season
- possible league opportunity dependent on coaches
- player uniforms (additional cost, family responsibility)
 

AA teams (annual cost $300)
- These teams have been selected based on results of tryouts, please ensure you’re registering for the team your athlete has been invited to

- max 5 tournaments per season
- plays a 14 game schedule in Fox Valley Youth Baseball League (FVYBL) - 7 home/7 away
- player uniforms (additional cost, family responsibility)

A team(s) (annual cost $175)
- open registration for anyone who did not attend try-outs &/or get placed on a AAA or AA team

- remaining 13U and 14U players combine to play a 14 game league schedule (this current season we have 4 single A teams of combined 13/14U players)
- typically no tournaments, but there is some flexibility
- player uniforms (additional cost, family responsibility)

Coupon Card Fundraiser Fee ($100)

For those of you who played with HYS or GYS, you are familiar with the volunteer hours &/or buy-out program.  Because Hortonville Baseball doesn’t have a large number of volunteer opportunities available for our families, we do not have a volunteer commitment per athlete.  However, we do ask that each family assist in our efforts to raise funds for the organization annually during a variety of events.  Our Coupon Card fundraiser is one of the most successful fundraisers each year.  We are asking all 13u & 14u players sell a minimum of 5 coupon cards ($20 each).  This $100 fee will be collected up front during registration and when the athlete sells his first 5 cards during the fundraiser (to be kicked off in May 2024), that money will come back to you.

Booster Club Annual Membership fee ($50)

This is an optional fee which may be selected at the time of registration.  We would like all of our baseball families to be members of the Booster Club and appreciate your consideration.  Further information about Booster Club membership may be found here:  Membership (hortonvillebaseball.com)

 

Reminder – At this time, Registration is open ONLY for 13u/14u teams for the 2024 season… please do NOT register other players who are not 13u/14u.
